I've already raved about our delicious and creative omakase (chef's choice) tasting meal at modern Japanese restaurant Adana over on my post about the best things to do in Seattle (which you can read here)...but I took so many mouthwatering photos of the beautiful food here that I thought it deserved its own post! So here I am, reliving another delicious meal...

Amuse bouche - chicken fat mochi (and a cocktail!)

Soup course - 4 day aged cod bone miso

Sashimi course - hamachi with apple cider vinegar, saba with nasturtium, scallops with rose sauce, and salmon roe on seaweed

ree

Salad course - squash and forest fruit salad

ree

Fish course - king salmon with cauliflower puree and fermented grapes

ree

Palate cleanser - shiso sorbet

ree

Meat course - wagyu beef with chanterelle mushrooms, kohlrabi, green and yellow beans, balsamic beef fat sauce
